In the Underwriting and Packaging phase we accumulate due diligence information and review and analyze your information. Then we develop a loan narrative and property summary and complete the Loan Submission Packet.
In the Submission and Marketing phase we match your needs, goals, and objectives to the appropriate funding sources for your transaction and provide them with an analysis of your transactions strengths and weaknesses and identify and mitigate the risks. This makes a competitive market for each transaction we handle.
