Office properties can be single or mixed use and they can be one building or multiple buildings. Buildings can be multi-tenant or single tenant and they can be high rise or single story. Office locations can be in downtown areas or in the suburbs and they can be in primary, secondary, or tertiary markets.
Retail
Our retail projects include power centers, unanchored strip centers, grocery and/or drugstore anchored tenants, specialty retailers, and enclosed malls.
Shopping Centers
Shopping centers can be anchor tenant or non-anchor tenant projects.
Mixed Use
This type of property is one in which a portion of it is used for commercial or retail purposes and the other portion is used for residential purposes. A property is also considered to be mixed use if different combinations of uses are present such as commercial/industrial or residential/industrial.
Multifamily
These types of properties may be existing or new, in need of substantial rehabilitation or to-be-built building complexes. These buildings can also be low rise, high rise, or garden types and rents may be subsidized or at market.
Industrial
The industrial category includes light industrial and heavy industrial, warehouse and distribution, owner-occupied, mini-storage. These buildings can be multi-tenant or single tenant.
Hospitality
Motels, hotels, spas, and recreation facilities are included in this category or property types that we handle. These properties generally must have a “flag” (a recognized franchise) with a seasoned management and a credible operating history. These types of properties can also be located in a downtown location or in the suburbs. Construction funds for these property types will require substantial sponsors as well as a strong management and leading national flag.
Healthcare
Eligible facilities for these types of properties include Independent Living Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Congregate Care, Skilled and Intermediate nursing homes, and medical offices. A strong and experienced management is required.
