AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE INFORMATION

To Whom It May Concern:

I//We have applied to a commercial real estate loan from All Great Loans (One-For-The-Money LLC).  As part of the application/closing process, All Great Loans (One-For-The-Money LLC) and lender may verify information contained in the loan application and may require documentation from third parties to expedite the loan closing process.

I/We authorize you to provide to All Great Loans (One-For-The-Money LLC), lender (if any) any and all information that they request.  I/We specifically authorize the release of information that includes, but is not limited to, employment history and income information, bank deposit account balances, bank loan balances, credit history, copies of income tax returns, personal financial statements, business financial statements, business entity organizational documents, appraisals, loan documents, environmental reports, surveys, and title policies.

I/We authorize you to provide any and all information required by the closing agent/title company for my commercial real estate loan.  I/We specifically authorize the release if information that includes, but is no limited to, current loan balances, payoff amounts for bank loans, and per diem amounts.

I/We authorize All Great Loans (One-For-The-Money LLC) to provide any and all of the information regarding our proposed commercial real estate loan that I/We have provided and/or All Great Loans (One-For-The-Money LLC) has obtained from third parties to any lender that All Great Loans (One-For-The-Money LLC) may choose.  Any lender that All Great Loans (One-For-The-Money LLC) may choose to submit the loan to is at the sole and absolute discretion of All Great Loans (One-For-The-Money LLC).  All Great Loans (One-For-The-Money LLC) shall assume no liability for the security of any data or information that is provided to any lender.

A copy of this authorization may be accepted as an original.
